Brent Hardy, AIA

Brent began his career as an architect converting old warehouses into new luxury condos. In 2008 he committed to CRE development and has since managed or advised on over $1B in development across the United States with a focus on hotel and resort properties.  Rivur was born from Brent’s frustration with spreadsheets, email and manual processes to manage, report, and communicate project costs to stakeholders. Brent developed a proof of concept and started down the road in creating what is now Rivur.

Brent is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of Architects, and is a Registered Architect in the State of Georgia.
